Vampire Rain barely uses the Xbox 360 power either, looking like an original Xbox game. Everything from the character models and environments look plain. The rain covers up the ugliness of the game surroundings and helps it look moderate. Still, Vampire Rain doesn't immerse you into a stealth game or a horror title.
Even though single player sucks, you still have multiplayer to play on...right? Apparently, nobody plays on multiplayer to atleast try out any of these gameplay modes. Some of these modes looks promising like 'Death or Night Walkers' where one player is a super power Nightwalker and the rest are humans. Considering how strong the Nightwalkers are on Single player, it looks like it would be an interesting challenge. Yet it seem that so many people were distraught from the Single player experience that nobody wanted to try out multiplayer. I've seen Xbox Live Arcade titles that had a better online community.
To make it worst, the sound is terrible other than the voice actors. You can't even hear the sound of your gun while shooting at a Nightwalker. You don't even know if you shot at something which is just comical relief after you figure out how stupid this title is. You tend to wonder how this game ever got to see the light of day. This game is basically bad at everything it tries to accomplish and doesn't deserve a second look.

Just don't waste your money on this game. If your looking to be scared by a new horror game then look elsewhere. The only thing scary in Vampire Rain is how bad it is. I feel sorry for the people who actually had to make this horrible game. I think you get the overall point...
