CPU: Three 3.0 GHz IBM PowerPC cores (more powerful than any PowerMac G5)
GPU: Final GPU (graphics card) will be more powerful than anything on the market today. Take ATI's most power card, the ATI X800 and it blows it out of the water. In short, Half-Life 2 will easily be handled by this GPU.
System Memory: 256 MB of RAM (as confirmed by Xbox Evolved a few months ago)
Optical Drive: The Xbox 2 will still use a DVD drive like the Xbox
Memory Units: it will have 64 MB and 1 GB memory cards.
Hard drive: The hard drive, as confirmed by Xbox Evolved before will be optional. The hard drive will have at least 2 GB of drive space to be used for game cache. Actual hard drive space is unknown.
Camera: First previewed at E3 2004 as Xbox Live Video Chat, a camera will come with Xbox 2 that will have the ability to shoot 1.2 megapixel shots, and video. Photos can be used in-game and for video chat.
